It cracks me up when people get mad when they hear how people been talking behind their backs, when they do the same thing to others😂😂😂😂 for a long time I didn’t know how to interact with people because all the conversations would be about “did you hear about so and so” etc to were I grew up thinking that this was conversation, not gossip. And then when I woke, I was like “oh shhh, I’m a gossiper” and because I no longer want to be this person, I don’t really have many people around me, including family. So I speak publicly about how to become a better version of yourself by learning how to communicate in a healthy manner and not caring about being accepted by people who feel like you can’t be trusted anymore because you not with the talking behind the backs of others.

My last job, told me a starting wage, once I started working that wage wasn't what was aggred upon, than when I inquired about a better paying position within the facility, the ones I worked under created so much stress, so I allowed them to do my job for me "gotta know when to fold em" I stepped away from that said position, the same day I applied my knowledge into a new position thru a different company, more money and I'm greatful of my actions .
