My mum read your comment and she's so happy that there are such observant & caring people in my yt community 🌸 yep 1st term in mbbs gave me a very hard time as i was also suffering from an ED. Thankfully, i have a much better relationship with food, and gained healthy weight. Mentally I'm at a better place but physically I'm still not ok. I have severe anemia & secondary amenorrhea+other deficiencies.
