Love your directions and tips! New subscriber now! I've pressured canned and waterbathed canned but never made jam before, lol. Going to give it a try now🥰
I have switched to Pamona's strictly. It costs a bit more but considering my jam/jelly no longer needs a 5lb bag of sugar per batch it evens out in cost and it tastes so much better. I can taste the fruit, not just sugar
Thanks for the video. New subscriber because of it. I also rarely eat jelly or jam because of high sugar. Excited to try these cause I DO make my own yogurt. A tablespoon for different flavors would be great especially in winter when fresh fruit is more limited. I will be placing an order for both pectin and book in very near future. Also subscribed to the other collab channels so I don't miss any videos for your canuary. Thanks so much.
one thing about failed jam it makes great ice cream toppings. I sure wish Forjars would get the canners and the sealers back in stock and I can't wait for their canning jars to get in. Lynn by chance do you have a cranberry canning recipe that you can use pomonas pectin in. Oh that looks really good. Blessings and Prayers
Your blueberry jam is beautiful. I’m so excited that you used Pomona’s pectin because I just got a box to try and bought the cookbook, too! I would love to know your pattern for your crocheted canning mat. I love to crochet. Thanks, Lynn.
I don't really have a pattern. I measured my counter top and just made a chain long enough then hdc enough rows till i thought it was wide enough. You will love pomonas pectin!
I switched over to Pamona's long ago for the less sugar aspect, my only complaint is the shelf life is shorter especially after opening. I have the Pamona's cookbook too but can't find my copy :( Thanks for the video. I have loads of raspberries and elderberries in the freezer that need putting up :)
Thomas Seyfried, a professor of biology at Boston College, explains that cancer is increasingly prevalent, with over 600,000 people dying annually in the U.S. Traditionally viewed as a genetic disease, Seyfried argues that cancer is primarily a mitochondrial metabolic disease. His research shows that cancer cells rely on fermentation for energy, specifically from glucose and the amino acid glutamine, due to damaged mitochondria. Seyfried advocates for metabolic therapies, including calorie restriction, ketogenic diets, and targeted drugs, to starve cancer cells of their fuel, offering a promising alternative to current treatments. Please take the time to either read his book or watch some of his videos.

Great job blueberry 🫐 jam yummy 😊 I want to try that pectin it’s so expensive but it’s so much better to use Thanks for sharing
I think for me anyway, it's cheaper because I'm not using 8 cups of organic cane sugar. 🤪
Thank You I love the lower sugar and sugar free canning recipes! 🌷
Me too! You can never go wrong with a little less sugar. 😁
Thank you for a wonderful video
You are so welcome!
my favourite jam! Thanks for sharing. I want to start using Pomona's; there's so many benefits to using it instead of Certo or Bernardin
It really is. You can taste the fruit instead of sugar.
I have never heard of Pomona's pectin. I don't eat jam because all the sugar and sugar free taste horrible to me. I'm going to try this. Thanks
Wonderful!!!!
Beautiful jam!! I wish they cookbook wasn't so expensive. I would love to make jams and jelly with less sugar. Blessings friend 😊
