Sir I strongly believe that the answer to number sixteen is wrong I don't know how you end up with the answer so please elaborate as to how you got that answer because I think the answer should be 'c.'

return outwards is defined as the return back of the goods by the buyer to the seller from where the goods were initially purchased.

For number 6: Instead of finding 30% and subtracting it, you use 70% instead, which is an easier way to figure out what the person paid since 100%-30%=70%. Hope that makes sense

Hey, seeing that he got a 30% discount, he minuses the 30% from 100% bc it would be how much remained after the 30% Hope that helps and good luck!

Sir i think number 8 is wrong because it said 20% not 80%

No the answer is correct. Remember percentage is out of 100 so if it's 20 percent the remainder to make 100 percent is 80 so he is just using the remainder instead. The answer is still correct if u use the 20 percent u will get the same answer.
