How I came across Josh's channel:
As a videographer and photographer, I find myself watching a lot of camera related videos. Particularly reviews and technical videos about optimising your camera for shooting and finding out if a camera is suitable for me or not. I came across Josh's channel a few months back and found his videos to be very helpful on all this stuff. From both a technical informative point of view and for cool straight up ideas for integrating other camera gear and accessories into your setup. Josh is an incredibly friendly and chatty individual and we've been meaning to catch up over a phone call so we decided to roll the cameras and share this podcast (perhaps 'vidcast' is a better word). I chatted to Josh for as long off camera as on camera as he's that kinda duded who's just so into cameras and the RUclips life, that he'd happily talk all night about it. Great discussion! I currently have a Canon 90D, but want to get the R7. I already have the Sigma 18-35mm f/1.8, Canon 17-55mm f/2.8, and the Tokina 11-20mm f/2.8, so I'm set on lenses. The only other things I'd need are the EF-RF adapter and a pair of Prograde V90 SD cards.

Yeah, sounds like you have a nice setup. The R7 would be a nice upgrade on the 90d, especially with video. You could look at getting the adaptor for full frame ef glass too or the one with variable nd built in.
