In simple logic previous govt used RERA as a platform nd brought all builders under one cindicate to raise the price, their planning approach every year 2% population will migrate hyd,based on some analysis builders raised the price but how many people will invest such a hefty amount,i think they forget AI came into the picture nd lot of crore package going to vanish nd this bubble going to blow,poor standalone building owners also not coming down on the price but giving useless schemes no pre emi until handover,but the trend in registration is spike in 2023 reason is the agreements happen some time in 2000 nd registered in 2023, but now the situation is different,as AI in swing nd lot of jobs will loose in 2024 by 2025 we will see the difference.any one want invest wait 2 to 3 yrs and save your salary instead of investing hefty amount and loans.
