Depending on the event set up can take from and hour to 4-5 hours. Clean up is usually an hour if you start consolidating 45 mins before last call. So yes, lot of work but we love it :)
Hi Team, what 'ice option' do you recommend for Mobile Bars (just starting out)? I understand you can buy packs of ice meaning would then need a mobile freezer or picnic ice cooler. There are Ice Makers / Machines and then I guess Ice trays, but would still need a freezer or cooler of some sort. Exploring the most cost effective and efficient for cocktails. Thank you, Gary
we transport ice ourselves, or order for delivery thru our vendors. We keep our ice in coolers. Most cost-effective would be to get an ice machine and produce your own ice of course. But typically that requires a certain space and draining at your facility.
Wow... amazing...do you have any pictures of your bar? My wife and I are planning to start a bartending service in Las Vegas and I would love to have a Mobile bar like yours.. thank you so much
Amazing ♥️♥️♥️! What kind of alcohol permit do you required? I’m in Texas and Inwould love to start my mobile bartending catering! Please and thanks in advance
Hi Dennise, permits will vary greatly from State to state - we are in California and you need a mobile liquor license to sell (not serve) alcohol. You don't nesseceraly have to have liquor license to serve alcohol but you are most likely going to need one if you are providing the alcohol. Other than that, you can also check with your city building regarding business license and catering permits. If you want to learn a bit more I am teaching a couple of course. This one is FREE if you like to check it out - cocktailboss.catermycocktail.com. I hope this helps

As a new bartender, this is a great mobile set up. I should try to get into it

Amazing. But how do you clean those glasses for reuse??
No, you always order a lot of glassware for events so you don't wash it.
Please...were do you clean glasses to serve again ??...
I wonder too
Very nice!
how do you clean shakers? do you have a sink somewhere
What do you use to clean shakers and glasses?
What I do is create a makeshift rinse station by filling a pitcher with water and using that water to rinse and then dumping the rinse in a bucket
Wow beautiful bar, nice video 👏🏽 good job!

We designed them and had them custom made. We have 2 units and we paid around $7500 for both! I hope this helps

It looks so cheap and low class. Top of the bar is overcrowded with stuff, using branded bar mats and etc.
