So sorry for your stupid theory. Quran is not a book of science, it's a book of signs. Where certain signs have been given to the people who has wisdom. It is book from Allah whose subject is human. We need to understand philosophy & science in order to reason something. Scientific method is a method of reasoning and philosophy is the study of knowledge, reasoning, ethics, aesthetics, existence etc. Muslims contributed a lot in both fields in order to built up a way to Allah.
The Qur‘an is a book which emphasizes ‘deed‘ rather than ‘idea‘. You don't need a degree to say that no-reason slapping kids is a bad thing. Quran is not a scientific book, it's way of life. It's timeless. That's why you don't find scientific stuff in it, rather it's about how we interact with others in our everyday life.
