exactly what shakespearsplat said, i saw this trick in an old magic set i got for Christmas, its amazing how many old school tricks dynamo uses and people are amazed by them because know one has seen them for years
@haloid003 actually his ring is magnetic, you can see him put a coin below the glass as he explains to the guy about putting his hand under the table, notice how he does a swiping motion which switches the bottom coin with the top one to make it seem like it went through glass.
@DivG09 It is a magnetic ring, the coins are fake and made from steel. There are in fact two coins, one which dynamo holds in place under the glass with the magnet, and one above the table. He slides his hand over the table, dragging the coin underneath to the centre, hence him asking the man to relax his hand so that there is a gap for the coin to fit thru. when he lifts his hand up the coin underneath breaks away from the magnetic attrection and falls. the other is picked up by the ring :)
@Bak3dB3an your senses work together, often based on what you perceive, so if the mind perceives that the coin isnt in the hand, it's very easy for you not to feel it until you see it, it being such a small and light object

@dalkins97 ah i know there was a glass ( storng plasitc like glass) sheet under the water i live near we he did it and there were infact builder's putting it there at nighttime about 1am i was coming back from my holliday and we saw lot's of builders doing something in the water and a few day's later he walked across it. Call me a lier all you want but ive got my mum, dad, n bro to back me up :-)
i actually have'nt really seen dynamo do any tricks that are necessarily hard to do, you just need the money to do some of his stunts, if your lucky enough to get connections a tv show is a breeze, look at dynamo and all the camera tricks and doing tricks on stooges directly, it may as well just be a play sometimes, i see no talent but its his imagination that makes it magical, you don't need the best sleights in the world its the performance and how you present yourself that will make people believe your out of this world

He was smooth and yes, there is no sound or the background noise drowns out the noise of the penny sliding on the glass.
Very simple this one. A little magnet on the back of that ring is all it takes.
