I suffered from elbow pain too . As I like gym too , I found the elbow pain was coming from excessive wrist action. Later on , I correct my some posture , correct the way to uplift the racket from my back , connect mentally my finger to the grip , my pain has shifted and less severe than before.
固定每週打球第一年也是肩膀痛,第二年就肩膀略微脫臼休息了三個月才找到靠譜的醫生發現治好,第三年才理解不能用肩膀去找球的意思
