Never played a single second of League, but used to watch friends play 5v5s with strangers in LAN cafes yelling at each other about 6-8 years ago 😅 I watched Worlds this year from T1"s perspective because my favorite streamer is a huge Faker and T1 fan (he was there in the stadium for T1's first championship). I thought, "oh wow so this is what peak League playing looks like, the teamwork is insane and their synergy is crazy". The teamfights were awesome to watch and I thought it was the norm. Then I watched other teams and saw the other side of the fence, the anti-synergy stuff. Moments like that one GenG 3v1 mid engage that just whiffed on everything or that one support in finals that froze his teammates right as they ulted. I'm a complete noob and maybe the disparity really isnt that huge, but damn, all I know is when I watched T1 they really looked like they were on a different level to the rest. Cant wait for the regular season next year, though i'll probably be back to just watching CS again. But maybe I'll check MSI out
