Ma'am Alexis, Tsukuyomi was a very powerful jutsu and it wasn't that easy to learn. Itachi learns it because he was a Genjutsu expert and Tsukuyomi is the Ultimate Genjutsu Technique. Sasuke can't learn it if he doesn't have Mangekyou Sharingan because that technique has a high stress effect to the user
Itachi's tsukiyomi is so OP, he can actually kill ppl in their minds he made his lover experience 80 years of her life with him. The fraction of a second, he heart gave out thinking she was at the end of her life, the crazy part is she thanked him as she died 😢

Itachi Uchiha is one of my favorite characters from Naruto/Shippuden literally being such a dark edgy character, but his Tsukuyomi known as a Genjutsu ability is only activated when he uses his Sharingan and when a opponent looks him into the eyes putting them in a false spiritual world of darkness that only he’s able to control and alter lol I’ll always be a die hard fan of him :)
Sasuke graduated the ninja academy at the age of 12 Itachi graduated at the age of 7 and was promoted to chunin at the age of 10, at the age of 11 he was recruited by the ANBU and age 12 he became a captain in ANBU black ops When Guy arrived, Itachi said "Don't underestimate him", and then they left.. 🙂

When Orochimaru said he's weaker than Itachi as well as the story tells us he killed his entire clan just lets you know he's on another level. And Kurenai just learned a simple Genjutsu isn't gonna take him down. Kisame Hoshigaki is no joke either. As well Kisame is from the Hidden Village of Mist. The same place Zabuza is from. Yeah you learn a lot of things in this episode. You learn for Kakashi that despite having the sharigan but doesn't have the body of an Uchiha, which means he needs to be careful on how he approaches a battle. But as well just got a demonstration of what Itachi can do. Only that you seen a little bit of his abilities. But what makes Itachi scary is throughout the story we are told and shown how Kakashi is a strong and skill Jonin ninja who is considered the best gets taken down by Itachi within seconds just shows Itachi isn't someone you want to fight with. And what's worst he never stood a chance. You will understand later why Kisame tells Itachi overusing his eyes is dangerous. And if you think Itachi and Kisame is something. The other Akastuski members are on a different level as well. Which means not just Naruto but everyone in the Leaf is gonna need to get stronger to combat the Akastuski. And the Hidden leaf was lucky only Itachi and Kisame showed up and not the entire organization because they would've gotten wrecked. You will also learn why Itachi tells Kisame don't underestimate Gai. But anyway I hope you two have a wonderful day. No sasuke can't do what itachi did... because it's the owners eyes abilities . Sasuke has its own but both can do what every MS user can do... but not those unique abilities to owners eyes.

At the time, there were two conflicting sides: 1. Jiraiya is simply stronger than both Itachi and Orochimaru, and 2. Jiraiya has a jutsu arsenal that counters Itachi's, while Orochimaru doesn't, which doesn't necessarily suggest a difference of power between Jiraiya and Orochimaru but merely a difference of fighting styles. Now that everything has been revealed, 1 is most probably incorrect, and 2 is at best debatable but also probably incorrect.
