Most important addons used by me:
► MoveAnything: addon to move UI elements and adjust size
► ExtraCD: shows internal cooldowns such as DMC vulcano, weapon proc
► WeakAuras: tracks buffs, procs such as Starsurge, Starfall cooldown, Barkskin cooldown, etc
► BattleGroundTargets: shows targets at the side
► InterrruptBar: tracks enemy interrupts
► LastSecond: shows DRs on target/focus frames
► OmniCC: shows timers on spells/ablities for their cooldowns
► LoseControl: shows when you are CC'd in the mid of screen or on enemy target/focus frames showing the CC

That addon you mean is WeakAuras.
You can search for T11 Buffs/Debuffs WeakAuras to import the configs.

It’s Twinstar‘s policy for many years already to not reveal population numbers on their realms. Atm Apollo2 is more populated, you can find enough players for everything u want to do at max. levelApollo1: 4.3.4 patch and contentApollo2: 4.3.4 patch and 4.1.0 content
