cruelty for sure, and probably incite for prepatch since you have a lot of rage from the haste on gear

you can see the slam cast bar going off constantly below the UI
Slam -> HS. Slam is your first filler. HS only when you are high rage
If you get a Battle trance proc always use that on HS
