    Interesting and thanks. Such a circuit might be useful in charging up a 12 volt battery from a diy solar cell array that might then be used intermittently to run a water pump.

      Yes, you can try it, but it will take time to charge.

      S20C45C it's not a mosfet, it is a diode. U use only only N-ch mosfet

      sorry, but it is not. you can take z44n & 150N03 & 3205
