It does seem a bit annoying to do that for the plug-ins the licensing I mean . It makes sense with the music and other elements plug-ins stay in your NLE. I'm thinking about it and mainly want video footage coming from motion array and they were fine but a little limited with the video in my opinion .

The Envato "licensing" is still a total PIA to understand, and I've burned a lot of time ... not yet getting it figured it out ... For example, what happens with "transition packs?" Do we have to "register the license" with every transition ... to every video ... in which we actually use ... or use again ... a transition? Or are we limited to using ONE registered transition with ONE video? What happens if we download an asset "without registration?" If we technically can't use the asset in a video withOUT registering the license, why does Envato even make the option available for us to download the asset withOUT registering? What happens if we download an asset ... and use it in multiple videos ... withOUT registering the asset to EACH video? Can we download and register the actual asset ONCE ... save the ever-increasingly large video file in our hard drive, use it in a video ... and then license the same asset AGAIN with Envato, but NOT have to download the large video file, again? (We just use the same video file that we downloaded the first time ... but it has technically been "registered" through Envato to be used on two different videos). I ... maybe ... think I understand Envato's intention with their licensing ... however, their implementation ... and certainly their EXPLANATION of their implementation ... is sorely unclear and inadequate.
Agreed. My guess is that the confusion is intentional. They're more concerned with sales and marketing and maybe not so much with legal and IP side of things. Especially for individual users. Larger businesses might want to vet the license agreement a little more closely.

The video templates are for the 3 main editors but not CapCut. CapCut needs to offer support for it. :/
