- Continuing where the previous video stopped!😋 I’m getting further into the pile, adjusting my distance to the rock wall by turning my bench several times! There is a lot of effort in creating enough space for the trucks! When going in a curve like this, a long “tale” of the bench behind me, would make it tight and difficult for the trucks to back up to me!😄
I am getting so far into the pile now, that the height of the pile creates risk of rock slides. I’m doing a lot to prevent slides towards the trucks, but I start planning a parallel bench in the end here, to make even larger space while removing risks bothe to the trucks and myself!!😋

Hehe, I don’t have a weight in my machine, so I wouldn’t know. The weight in the trucks are adjusted to alarm me by light when they weighs more than 48 tons! I don’t actually know if the trucks weighs 48-50, or 52-54..😅 The weight indicator turns red every time, so they don’t have payloads less than 50.🤪😄

Hehe, det er litt mer jobb akkurat med fyllingen av skuffa ja..😄 Men, den er enklere å bruke på mange andre vis!😋 Jeg liker avstanden mellom tennene mye bedre på denne, mye lettere å rydde eller plukke opp enkelt steiner!🤩 Fått litt spissere front og tann systemet jeg hadde på den andre skuffa, så ville den blitt perfekt!😍
@@norwegianearthmovers får du bestemme på de to skuffene som er på oppsveising nå? Hadde jo vært gøy om du kunne få det akkurat slik du ønsker, og økt produksjon enda et lite hakk👏 jeg testet skrudde Kverneland tenner med påsatt hylse på en 40 tonner. De var utrolig lette å skarpe. Skuffa gikk som smør i godt sprengt salve. Finnes vel ikke til så kraftige skuffer du bruker.., lenge siden jeg var i knuseverkbransjen🙄
Hehe, at jeg får bestemme, er vel kanskje ikke helt tilfelle..😅 Men jeg får jo sagt mitt synspunkt og erfaring med skuffene!😋 Virker jo som at det lyttes litt ihvertfall, så blir jo spennende å se hva det blir i fremtiden!😄
Nå er det jo sånn, at knivene ikke er utslitt, og ny skuffefront er jo ikke akkurat billig..🤪 Får nok bare slite alt ut først..😝😅

That large rock off the face at 29:32. Did a bucket loader come to clean up the small rocks and take the big one away?
Hi!🙋♂️ No, I took that rock myself, as well as I reached out and cleaned up in that slide myself!😋 The rock in this face, was so fragile, so the big one broke into pieces when I dropped it!😅 The small ones, I could just squeeze flat with the heel of the bucket!😋 This was kind of an ore with sandstone - like rock, that just pulverized for nothing! That Volvo 220 ripped down over 3 meters of that face, with a bucket with no teeth!😅

Hehe, yeah, those handles last pretty long when the rock is this fine!😄 Managed to wear them off on all teeth in the end, after 4 days of loading!😅 They tend to go off much sooner though, if the blast contains larger fractions of rock!
I notice that your trucks are only going a short distance to dump. Is the plan to make a large building base or something in that order.

We do the heavy hauling of rock and dirt, building a perfect foundation for others to come an build on!😊
There will be various kinds of buildings here, from gas at and fast food restaurant, to wear houses of various sizes!🙂

We have two breaks, lunch and dinner, so I end up with 12 hours in the seat every day!🤙
We work a 14/14 shift plan though, so I’m at work for two weeks, and then I’m home on leave for two weeks!🤩

I didn’t want to have the license for bus, but I have been driving trucks and trailers on my spare time back in the days!😄
I didn’t want to have the responsibility for so many people at once myself, suddenly I understood what responsibility it was to thrive a dumptruck as well, as I ran into a front collision with a car back in 2004..
I have been avoiding daily “trucking” ever since..😄
