Comparing Marshall Minor III vs Apple AirPods. Unboxing the Marshall's, looking into the sizing and comparing to AirPods.
These are not the Motif A.N.C ANC which have been out for some time now. I'm comparing the new black Marshall Minor 3 with the Apple AirPods 2, in ear buds. Similar size, same shape and design. These headphones from Marshall are certainly going to disrupt apple sales. In addition to this, Marshall has already created the 'Motif A.N.C' which are very similar to Apple's AirPods Pro, a very similar case, size and design. It seems Marshall's strategy is to copy the market leader.

@Yuri Lopes look for ugreen hitune t2. It has 14.2mm driver the bigger it is the better sound and the best is very cheap 😊

Which sounds better
From my testing, the AirPods are clearer and sharper, the Marshall Minors aren’t much different, apart from having more depth to the base. There is only so much you can do in such a small package.

In regards to looks and style, the Marshall are cooler in every way - black is great, everyone asks about them and they are good talking point due to the brand history. However I prefer the AirPods, I find the fit ‘my’ ears better and the tapping music control is more accurate and makes less mistakes.

The sound quality is fine, no complaints. This being said, the max volume didn’t seem as loud as AirPods. I found when I was running on a path next to the road, I could hear the vehicle traffic and noises more with the Marshalls, normally turning the volume up helps cut down on this but I already had it at max. To start with i thought I had put it on a sound ‘pass through’ mode, but the Marshalls don’t have such a setting, and the Marshall app doesn’t really do anything.
When are you doing Marshall review?
Unfortunately mine went bad, which is why I’ve not yet done a follow up review. I’m waiting on a replacement to arrive under warranty, however most of the UK is out of stock.

Minor 3 has the poorest blue tooth connection I ever tried. It cannot keep stable connection even when you place your phone in jeans and go for a walk. And when I contacted company they seems no care.. save your nerves go for smth else.

In my defence the airpods destroy the Marshall 3's in everything the airpods have way better mids way better bass way better top ends and not to mention way better battery life than the Marshall 3's!

These Marshall are terrible products. Only the design is superb. Everything else is really bad, a real disappointment for this brand. The bass is very bad, use on more than one device (not simultaneously) is challenging in terms of connection, and one of the headphones no longer charges after 1 month of use. It is definitely to be avoided!
