After listening this I think Twinflame and Karmic connection is almost different from each other. Please noted I am saying this from my experiences. In karmic relationship or connection you feel unwell, shakable & your intuition always says something to you which you blindly override or ignore, you always put your effort blindly without any understanding & you convinced yourself fake. But in twinflame connection you have no doubts or insecurities or restlessness, & if these are there then even you feel a calmness mysteriously. True ,when I was in class 11 I felt all of these signs, I was so broken I can't even describe, it was for only 2 month 17 days, but it took 2 years to overcome.
