- A few days ago I made a video reacting to Marilyn Mansons new music video. Suffice to say, my video was not popular but it 100% constitutes fair use. Yet several days after it was released, it became copyright struck and my appeal just got regected, potentially threatening my channel so i had to take it down. enjoy my rant.
From the opening of the video in question to the title of this one its pretty apparent that your trying to build a career based on clickbait - this won't last!

It happened to me too. I did a guitar cover. I appealed. It got rejected. It was BELIEVE MUSIC or something.
I redid it, and made my guitar louder in the mix and made some changes myself. And it went through with ZERO Copyright lol

Your video wasnt taken down due to negativity. Positive ones were removed as well. It looks like some are back up again. By the way the song debut was the #1position on billboard hard rock digital song sales chart!

I used to be a fan of him.
I saw he made a new video, and was expecting hype comments, but i was taken aback by his comments being deleted.
Then i googled why that was the case and it was in light of abuse allegations,
I never saw him as a saint, i never saw him as a stand up guy, but i at the very least was a fan until i heard he used people as urinals and was an abusive scumbag.
Im sorry your video got pulled down, and by all means - express whatever anti manson views that you have.
BUT your understanding of the allegations is barely even surface deep. You've clearly done next to no research at all.
Example: You're correct that Ashley Walters lawsuit was reinstated due to the SOL changing, but you completely left out that the appeals court justices who reinstated it went out of their way to call her claims "implausible", with one justice even remarking that her lawsuit was tantamount to somebody suing for being the victim of an alien UFO abduction - You would know this if you'd done any actual research, but instead you just let Rolling Stone spoon-feed you half truths.
I love Manson very much, there are people out there , who are analyzing these accusations since years bro, go find them. To me until now it seems like: Ember Hard 0.2.
