My one critique would be that the sprite's emotions don't fit the animation in certain places, such as 2:26 to 2:31, where Sans keeps his neutral expression even though just a few seconds later, his face changes to that of exhaustion, and that kinda makes the timing weird, especially since he does nothing for 6 seconds. Other then that, this is amazing! Great work!
Edit: Just missed the part where it says your first animation, this is exceptional for a first animation!

I mean, sans getting tired so fast seems to be an exaggeration based on how long it takes to tire him in normal UT, and it seems you are switching back and forth between sans' bone sprites and Papyrus' ones, but other than that amazing animation

the soul movement for your first animation looks dam nice. maybe next time slow it down a little bit, this will make the soul movement more 'vanilla-like'
