I notice that the cat's left ear was tipped which in America means that it's been spayed/neutered. A cat came to live with me after the people who were feeding him moved away. I used to see him on the next street sometimes out in front of the house and then one day I saw him there after the house was empty. Within a few weeks he found my house complete with a doggy door so he could help himself. My cats didn't mind as long as he left after he ate but then one day I put food out for him to see if he would let me pet him. It took about three days and he was really hungry so he stiffened up but relaxed after a minute. The next day when I got home he was hiding under my bed with all my cats gathered around glaring at him. He was a good cat.

A cat once did this to me too, I found him at a park, he was so adorable he was a baby, not exactly a kitten but still a baby. I went there a lot more and he started following me to my building and he stays there now! He also comes onto lap now and he found my balcony and comes there to see me! I let him inside the house and he does no harm just looking around here and there and comes back to me and onto my lap and let's me to love him, until this day he still comes and he is 3 years old now. Once a feral cat decided to nest in our store room with her kittens. My parents didn’t like it and wanted to give them away but I fed her and the kittens when I got the chance. My cat got killed by dogs and we took the kittens in our backyard One day my abusive maniac brother wanted them away, so they took them outside, they never came back they were 4 to 5 or 6 months old I still miss them and i hope they are ok do u have some information that could help me ?
TheDoge777 That is a possibility, but it's not right to assume then automatically take animal off the street. It's very common for people to own indoor and outdoor cats. It's even more common for cats that are allowed outdoors to wander around. If someone takes the cat home they need to at least put up found cat posters, and try and locate the owner. I've seen people lose their cats before when somebody assumes it's a stray and just decides that it's their cat now.

Most indoor cats still dont come up to just anyone. This cat was probably in heat. 90% chance. That's why its purring and being so affectionate and vocal.
This reminds me of a gray tabby that came to my house every day. I gave the cat a name, which was Cloudy. I was quite attached to that cat too and pet it and give it a few treats (not everyday i would give the cat treats just occasionally). In my country, cats who have an owner get a unique number tatooed inside their ear upon purchase. It might be the same in Japan and that might be why it doesn’t have a collar.

A cat once did this to me too, I found him at a park, he was so adorable he was a baby, not exactly a kitten but still a baby. I went there a lot more and he started following me to my building and he stays there now! He also comes onto lap now and he found my balcony and comes there to see me! I let him inside the house and he does no harm just looking around here and there and comes back to me and onto my lap and let's me to love him, until this day he still comes and he is 3 years old now. I even named him, Oscar

Once a feral cat decided to nest in our store room with her kittens. My parents didn’t like it and wanted to give them away but I fed her and the kittens when I got the chance.
She was so cute and so grateful she would rub against me and wanted me to scratch her even when she’s feeding her kittens. The kittens were cute but she won me over! Never bit, snarled or scratched just a sweet ol mom. She just went away one day, I still miss her sometimes.

That is a possibility, but it's not right to assume then automatically take animal off the street. It's very common for people to own indoor and outdoor cats. It's even more common for cats that are allowed outdoors to wander around.
If someone takes the cat home they need to at least put up found cat posters, and try and locate the owner.
I've seen people lose their cats before when somebody assumes it's a stray and just decides that it's their cat now.

This reminds me of a gray tabby that came to my house every day. I gave the cat a name, which was Cloudy. I was quite attached to that cat too and pet it and give it a few treats (not everyday i would give the cat treats just occasionally). Recently, the cat has not been coming to my house anymore, and I’ve been worried every since. I hope you’re safe Cloudy. ❤️
