I remember as a 10 year old beginner drummer, that double bass and pickles moaning in pain from the repetitions had me SO inspired, I LOVE THE DRUMS

I love this so much! I agree with Matthew Miller, people don't seem to realize how far a drummer may have to push themselves.
I mean, it is by far the most straining and focus based position. And this is coming from an Bass and keyboard player who can't play drums for shit.

And then there's the possible long-term effects drum playing can have on a person. My cousin did drums for years and had to get a hearing aid because of the loud noise damaging his ears.
@@ramell4 Honestly this happens if you just play in any meta/punk/hardcore/rock band. You often play in small spaces to practice and even for gigs. This leads to being deaf unless you wear earplugs. I played in a band as a guitarist for about 5 years in my 20's. The only one of us who still has good hearing is the drummer who thought to wear ear plugs lol.

Ah, the joy of recording. Brings back memories of being in a studio tracking guitars, and then that one asshole in the band who never pays any attention and is half asleep all the time wakes up and tells you "its not good enough"
im not working at it but my teacher said to us one time, Many singers etc when they are picky as fuck and wanna try something different and tell u that, many just dont change shit and say all good and the singer is like HELL YEA THIS IS BETTER.lol

That's their chef Pierre...he got cut to bits by a helicopter blade in season 1 so they had him re-sewn together... he's the only chef that has ever survived (to an extent) being in deathklok's service.
