Robotic welding of containers structures

In this video we show you our arc welding robot system for the company Container modul Sp. Z.o.o. The arc welding robot system is used for the welding of container structures. The welding solutions that we offered consists a Panasonic welding robot in hanging position mounted on a movable gantry on a track. The product which is mounted on the welding jig is fully accessible because the welding jig is mounted between two POS5000 positioners. With this solution the container structures are fully reachable by the welding robot and can be turned 360 degrees.
