Thank you George for being a good friend, not only to those that know you but to the viewers whom you have never met. People can make a connection through your videos and I think that's why we continue to watch.

oh George its so great you made it to my city! I was just at Kobeys a few weeks ago and found a super cute tonala owl. Love that place! going back next week! come back soon!
George, you are like therapy for me. I respect everything about you. How many people can you say that about these days? And the bonus, learning, accidentally. I'm not a reseller, but you're so good, I can't help but remember what you talk about. It just sinks into my brain. Don't send me a bill for the therapy.

Lots of pink depression but I honestly do prefer the "sick" purples myself. I actually have a purple chicken dish with its lid. I leave it in the sun so that is shows the color and will actually get darker purple. Thanks for sharing and have a great day and safe travles
I enjoy some of the lavendar sun turned glass, provided it isn't artificially enhanced it's an interesting way to see the properties of the chemicals they used!
Hi George and Betty, great estate sale. I liked the games, especially the chess set. The backyard is beautiful. I did like the Mexican tile. 1975 Arizona book/magazine with the turquoise is very nice. ❤❤
I’ll be in San Diego right after Christmas to ring in the new year with my youngest son & his family. I always enjoy my visits to that area. I’m blessed I get to visit 4-5 times a year! 😊 Great video, as always! Thanks for sharing! xo
Great finds. When you were at the estate sale and looking through the records I saw thecharry Belafonte album,my mother belonged to Columbia Records. I remember listing to that album and dancing toDAY O. Thank you for Sharing. Please Stay Safe Happy and Healthy Have A Wonderful Day
The only lusterware I like is plain, too. So many unique items at the flea. I'm a fan of studio pottery and all of the minerals/geodes/fossils. If I'm at a lake or river, I'm rock hounding. Mid century furniture, desk, even the lamp. My favorite is that nativity set. I need that. I would offer 175 and cross my fingers ❤
Hi George. I'm a huge fan and am an AZ native. The Arizona Highways you want to keep an eye out for is the 1st color edition with the Navajo girls in the snow with their sheep. The photo was taken by Barry Goldwater. It is probably one of the most sought-after editions.
We used to give a service for 8 of Sango China in the late 1970s when you bought a set of Waterless Cookware (about $550.00). My boss used to pay less than $20 for a set for 4 of Sango- I had the black fillagree pattern that was considered Spanish influence. I didn't last long trying to sell the cookware on cold calls.
Thanks for taking us along George! I have copious about of Libby glasses with gold overlay and a mystery set with a silver overlay..they've been all in storage but now they're out in my new house so getting back into hand washing mode =]
I’m from Southern California so I’ve only ever been to LA and SD estate sales. I find great things but the prices can be higher with big lines in LA. San Diego seems to be monopolized by that company - True Legacy. They’ve given me good deals in the past but I have a soft spot for smaller estate sales companies/teams!
I was like...why haven't I seen a notification for an Antique Nomad video recently? I wasn't notified of this video and had to search it out. I checked and I have the bell icon clicked, so RUclips must be having some issues again lol
I'm afraid so, we checked and we did indeed tell RUclips to notify, but a bunch of people said they didn't get the notification. Hopefully it'll will fix soon!
Good evening, George. The toothpick holder looked like a Mosser piece of Northwood's _Cherry and Cable_ pattern. I'd like to have that mortar and pestle. Nice chess set. I used to collect them, but sold most all of the sets I had when I moved here. I have a couple of the cornbread stick pans. One has fish as the shapes of the sticks. I would've had to get the Wonder Pen. The old binoculars interested me. Bother condition - that Victorian photo album, with the fan front, would've had to come home with me. What's up with eBay not allowing cigarette lighters? I'm not a fan of lustreware. To me, it looks like someone stuck cellophane candy wrappers all over a piece of whit porcelain 😂 Beautiful geodes. I liked the left-facing cameo. Those aren't as common. Great items in both places. Thanks for taking us along!
Hi there! I do believe it was Mosser as well. The chess set is now in my inventory, I had to get that one! We had a Mexican agate version when I was growing up, but I was not a good player. Fish stick cornbread pan, I'd love that! I only buy them if they're signed or if it's unusual like that one. The Wonder Pen was something I should've grabbed too, I think, and I really enjoyed the Victorian fan front album! I only like the plain lusterware for the most part, and really prefer the blue to the gold. I got on the wrong side of eBay because a friend asked me to sell the brand new e-cigarette her friend bought her for Christmas (at $200, non-refundable) right after she'd quit smoking. It sold on eBay, then they informed me I had violated their poilicies because I sold something like that without an ATF license (who knew?) and that I could no longer sell anything tobacco related. The dumbest result of that was when I listed a camel-shaped inkwell and they blocked it, so I had to change the listing to say "dromedary" instead of camel! Crazy.
@@TheAntiqueNomad Mosser has the Northwood molds, for the _Cherry and Cable_ pattern, and that piece really looked like one of theirs. I used to have some really nice chess sets, but there's no space for them here, so I sold most of them. The cornbread stick pan looks like the fish might be salmon. I like it because it's different. If the Wonder Pen worked, I would've put it to use. I like pearlised Czech porcelain, but lustreware, because of the colours they used, has never been a favourite of mine. It might have taken some time and patience, glue and sewing, but I'd have been willing to spend some time on that photo album. eBay needs to get their heads out of the canyon, on the lower end of their torsos. When they get to the point they block an ink well because of a camel on it, they've seriously lost the plot. There _are_ meds for such things 🤪😂
The Monopoly set I grew up using had wooden houses and a small cardboard box for the parts. 28:27 Minaudiere, technically. At his price there's no point for resale.
Those are the monopoly sets people want now! The minaudiere (thank you for that term, which I did not know!) could sell for $200 but not missing three parts

my thing is vintage utilitarian ... and that particular estate sale and yard sale would have been right up my alley ... great vid.
I buy for function too, once I get done with finding the vintage to collect or resell. I’ve mostly furnished my home with used goods!
