How awesome to see better than you can remember. This was a good show. Now your idea of teaching people the art of sprouting is a very good idea. People need that type of help with the craziness in the world.

Doggone....PLEASE talk about and demonstrate ways to be healthier!
Ten years ago I got myself off fourteen prescription medications and fired a handful of doctors. Then, like a dummy, I went back to cheating with unhealthy "comfort" foods. March 8th I had to go to the ER with BP 252/130. Two follow-up visits with a PA... now I'm on two BP meds and still at 170/92. Forced to invest in a better BP monitor. Also bought a used Garmin Vivosmart 4 health monitor and it showed me my sleep SpO2 is barely 90% with dips as low as 78%. So, scheduled to see primary care and cardiology docs plus a sleep study. I NEED to get back on track with *self-care*! I can't afford professional "healthcare".
Could you video setting up a tray, daily attention to it, etc.. then, what you do with the microgreens?
I've tried doing jar sprouts and discovered I didn't enjoy eating them.

@@nostringsprepper Glad to hear your cataract surgery results were amazing. I have been referred to a cataract surgeon but after the initial evaluation they said my BP has to be under control first.

@@nostringsprepper How much it costs on Medicare depends on what Medicare you have. There are different Advantage plans that each differ in deductible, copay, etc. as well as the max you have to pay out of pocket. Original Medicare (what I have) pays 80% of the approved amount and there is no limit on how high your 20% can go...UNLESS you also purchase a separate Medigap policy. Those, too, differ as to deductible, copay, and max out-of-pocket. Problem is, there's a rule about insurers only have to let you buy a policy with no underwriting for the first 6 months that you qualify for Medicare. I got messed up with that and now would have to be reviewed for pre-existing conditions... so I am doing the unlimited 20% of approved amount thing. Beats owing the full amount!!!
