Adobe flash is your best option, BUT I would recommend downloading an older version of flash. Try downloading Macromedia flash 8, it's an old, but still powerful software similar to the modern animation tools today. And it's free! You know I did it because it was the only place where it was less echoed and recording the camera in my closet was better to record because it was the only place where there was a simple white wall (my room was blue).
Next time you show your face make sure the camera is not focused on the sweat shirt in the background. I’m not criticizing I’m just giving you a tip you probably already knew, just playing it safe....sorry

well, I had found the quality look and focus when I started editing the footage, but the video looked different when I saw it on the camera.
