In most videos that I come across on specialty training, the doctors are yet to start their programs.... I am very keen to know how the specialty training experience is for IMG doctors..... are they given enough hands-on training? is the training program satisfactory? one of the major concerns that an IMG will have regarding specialty training is not getting enough experience. OBGYN is also known to have the highest dropout rates in the UK.... could you make a video on someone who is already in ST3/4 so that we can get an idea of what the training experience is like? thank you!
