People can also search for masters with a compulsory internship in the curriculum and still finish in two years with experience under their belt. That's what I did.

2 years is a standard time proposed by the University. They are not fools to standardize a 2-year master program. If you failed to complete it within 2 years and learnt nothing, it's your problem. You don't have to promote your 'mentorship program' just to spread wrong info. I finished my masters within 2 years and even without previous work-exp got a job in Germany.

You get visa for 3-6 months. What you will get is residence permit which can be extended every year
So what is the difference between visa during the course and visa during stay back period? If i took 3 years for completing a 2 year masters, will i be eligible for post study visa of 1.5 years after 3 years?
When a person who completes his course in 2 years he gets 1.5 year stay back ie a total of 3.5 years. If the another person is taking 3 years for the same course will he get 4.5 years in total??
