I ordered something from this business then canceled the order before it shipped and was told I would receive a full refund in 5-7 business days. Several weeks later I received the item anyway and was never issued a refund. When I notified the store, I was told I would be sent a return label and never was. I returned the item, shipping it myself, and have still not received a refund. This is a terrible business.
