I am a Musician by trade but like electronic devices and Machines. Ihave een making soy milk on and off since 1985. This machine makes the job quite easy and it makes great soy milk in about fifteen minutes.
You can add flavor and make delicious drinks with coffee etc.
Soy beans are best when soaked over night . These can be stored frozen as they will take a minute or so do separate in tap water.
It is a very strong machine and it looks very durable..

Anyone know what the "Nutrition" button does? I found a similar model recently-blue top, clear jug. Thanks!

Nutrition is for making "milk" from other grains other than soya beans.
