Honestly if this episode actually plays as good as it’s looking I really think the community will collectively ask “why tf weren’t the other two this way?”
@@silly_pigeon yup. Been like that since the beginning.. anyone remember when people on the forums were pissed about Bungie patching the raid boss cheese in D1 VOG? It resulted in D1 Mythoclast being nerfed into the dirt because it literally went from being the hardest to get, to the easiest to get, gun in the game. Every lazy mofo was simply loading into the boss checkpoint and going AFK while 4-5 other people tossed grenades at Atheon’s feet, making him walk off the edge into an insta-deth…..and people got mad that they patched it. Lol This has always been one of the biggest reasons that I, despite knowing of all of bungie’s dumb mistakes, am well aware that the community can absolutely be the ones doing the stupid from time to time.
@@sickdionunfortunately the d1 dreadnaught is extremely different to this one, for better or for worse. I highly recommend you go play d1 sometime, great experience especially if you have friends to do raids with
I know a lot of the pro-crafting players might not like it but I'm glad we have another "Shiny" like weapon to chase. Multi perks and all that is great but I've always been one for unique visuals and if I heard it correctly they said these would be the same but no longer an ornament and will just have a different look. I mean Adepts have always looked different but it sounded like they were implying it would work the same. So no need to do a specific Master mode (which might guarantee the drops) but would be an RNG chase. It's something exciting to look for in whats likely another mindless grind. Just hope the activity is varied enough where I don't feel like I'm doing the same thing after a couple days.
I don’t understand why they can’t just implement a recalibration system (e.g: division 2). The rng can be extremely obnoxious tbh. For those that don’t know the division allows you to swap 1 perk or stat for loot.
@@notthething9531Sounds like there will be targetting and seems like an improved version of the Brave weapons but we’ll have to see. But I agree. I think we can have a healthy balance of RNG chase as well as also having the cratable safety net. I just dont understand how Bungies taking so long to realize that instead of it being one or the other.
Just say you're a jobless monkey who's addicted to getting the dopamine spike after seeing that 2/5 god roll after 14 hours of consistent grinding People like you are the reason this game is dying And this is coming from a guy who collects red borders from every raid for fun
i noticed that in the version of runneth over shown on the new weapon, the description mentions that bows gain faster draw time and swords charge faster. that wasnt present in the original trait description, as there were no bows or swords added with king’s fall’s rerelease. the addition of this essentially guarantees us that we’ll get a new bow or sword in heresy, which is really cool in my opinion (im hoping for another strand bow because there’s only one in the game right now excluding wishkeeper)
Unless we get a new strand perk, there wouldn’t be anything unique about another strand bow. The one from the dungeon already gets both of the existing strand perks. I think a stasis or arc bow would be better. For rimestealer or jolting feedback. Though I’m not sure if those perks would be any good on a bow
@ we already got an arc bow in Non-Dénouement with some top tier arc perks so it’ll probably be a while until another arc bow. i actually see a strand bow as high possibility even though the dungeon one has both strand perks already, simply because there’s no lightweight strand bow. only 2 stasis bows, 1 lightweight and 1 compound, it would make sense to finish that pairing that the stasis bows have on strand
@ I def tried getting it multiple times on master. But that’s def bugged. The memento says both master and flawless completions get the memento. But I haven’t tried flawless. Maybe that works
Awesome about the new strand support frame but that new Trace Rifle Lodestar is gonna be fun to play with, not because of the perks but because it’s a Primary Ammo weapon! Suddenly it’s more forgiving to play the Cenotaph warlock role to get heavy ammo for allies! Also, you might want to talk about the new Vault of Glass origin perk, Timelost Magazine: Kills grant bonus super energy and when super energy expires the weapon magazine becomes double for a long duration and ammo is refilled from reserves… If Im correct, it’s a potential DPS perk and that Hezen’s Vengeance is about to go delightfully nuclear!
@@Truds did i forget to mention that in the preview stream Hezen’s Vengeance now has Bipod? Damage nerf aside the fact it can also synergize with the Timelost Magazine origin perk? Instant 4 rounds of rockets per reload!
Rumours are that the new strand smg will have a catalyst that makes it a weapon of sorrow somehow with the blights. Absolutely worth a test when I get it because that would mean Spirit of necrotic plus harmony
I wish it could give woven mail to weilder and allies to match strand verbs rathar than that strange reatoration on strand weapon ....any ways we are in prismatic times seems a good gun .
New SMG looks very interesting, and we know they aren’t showing us all. The perk saying it resonates with the wielded choice is interesting because that doesn’t look like it is just the OFA perk on it. I hope that the weapon will be a Hadium-esc precursor weapon to will-breaker that adapts to the wielder in some way. They already said it will have something more interesting than a crafted perk pool, so an evolving sentient weapon would be insanely cool!
no hesitation my beloved, nothing will be better than my beloved crafted no hesitation that carried us through SE on day1 (or at least as far as we got)
@@ZetzMempfor real man. I think a big part of the reason d2 has a hard time scoring new players is because of how much the current players talk shit about it. @Truds some are slightly different, does not change the fact we've been doing them for years. They should make ONE new strike every 3 months per new season, instead of taking our power away, and making us grind to be able to play the same strikes for the 14,303 time.

My biggest issue is bungie making raid exclusive perks and ESPECIALLY origin traits appear on other weapons, origin traits were designed to separate weapons make one weapon that might be the same in every way to another have a different strength or use case
Literally nothing changed. What are you talking about. Another checklist season with the same half a$$'d roguelike mode made just to be removed in 3 months.
Support frames need a big buff. Using them in any endgame content and you’re shooting peanuts. Great for the healing, shit for anything else. I feel like this thing struggles to kill red bars.
