Love the channel! I was in Gulf Shores a few weeks ago and caught a ton of pin fish on frozen shrimp. The good fish were going for live bull minnows. Hooked a few decent ones.
❤❤❤ this video! PCB is one of my most favorite places on the planet. Some decades ago my best friend and I co-owned a beach house on Front Beach. We were both retirees and our respective family members would occasionally use it for holidays. It's beautiful there but the hurricane season can be so destructive! I now Winter in Central Florida where both coasts are about an hour's drive away when driving my Motorcoach. No Bricks N Sticks structures to permanently worry about, 😉. Did you do the Sunrise Breakfast or Sunset Dinner thing at the shoreline while you were there? AWESOME Golden Hours and like camping all foods taste better at the beachfront!

That first fish you caught is a pinfish. It's the best bait you can have out there for almost every fish out there from redfish, snook and grouper. The Asians and Haitians like the blue runner your bro in law caught. Good stuff Those gotcha plugs are great for spanish and cero mackeral and especially cudas that hang out around piers and jetties. I always use about 6 inches of #4 wire tied to the mainline with an albright knot. Extra tackel like swivels cause a bubble trail underwater and those fish will bite your swivel cutting your line. Hope this helps someone

Rip it and fast youll catch a bunch and for some reason thats what trout and a few good eating fish prefer. Ive got a bud thay fishes one of those and smacks the fish lol

Best time to fish the jetty is after a storm. It stirs up things and fish goes nuts.
