It would take them a few hours tops to implement the old movement and i think i speak for everyone that wants og movement back that tactical sprinting is fine, mantling is fine, sliding is fine, because they're optional mechanics. The way the movement looks nowadays is so off putting and disgusting. It would also take them an additional few hours tops to bring back the old hud. It makes zero sense for them to be this lazy considering how much extra money they'd make off this if it ends up being a 1:1 recreation. They've got over 2 days until the mode drops, that is plenty of time to bring the movement, hud, etc back. I literally love the tree designs. It's like a remastered version of OG fortnite. And I'm all in for it. Also I hope they bring back that little note noise when you pick up a gun. I'll be so happy if they do.

The thing they really need to change is the healthbar. In Chapter 1, It makes it more easier to see what our health by just quickly looking down instead of leaning and squinting our eyes at the bottom left corner.

Buddy it looks almost identical, I’ve played since season 1 and I’m super satisfied with the graphics. Plus if you’re on PC just run DirectX11 and you get the old tree textures

Each mode in the game are different game worlds with combined synced data.

But not a lot of people have money like that to spend on fortnite crew every month, which almost makes the subscription a monopoly when you were allowed to actually KEEP the battle pass when your crew ended. Also fun fact so many people don’t know this but, I’m a map creator and I found out while playing there is a huge difference between the ch5 crouch speed is the og one, the ch5 crouch speed is way slower than the og one, you can check it out yourself in creative by selecting ch4 movement speed in speed tunings, but i agree the old one is better
I’m really happy with what we’ve got but I really don’t see why an option to have the HUD centred can’t be added. Doesn’t affect the gameplay at all and it’s such a small thing to change, strange that it’s been left out.
if you watch the end of the video when the weapons are being demonstrated, the tac shotgun icon is the chapter 2 one, yet the model is the chapter 1 model. I recommend not worrying about it as it will be all updated correctly in time for the gamemode's release.
High possibility that they will also improve upon the features of the OG Mode, like adding everything that the community wanted them to add (ex. old movement, the CORRECT old graphics, the old hud, and other small things that the community wanted at release of the mode.)
If we were to go into chapter 2 after season x we would cycle through all the other chapters so the whole storyline would happen all over again and that wouldn’t be the best idea so will most likely restart the cycle of OG seasons every time season x ends

Honestly at the most 700 Vbucks. That’s cuz what were only getting 3 skins in that battle pass. I have the crew pack tho. But every month you get the OG pass, 1000 vbucks, a skin for $12. And then about every 2-3 months you get the battle pass and then the OG pass, 1000 vbucks, and a skin. It’s a nice deal tbh.
That is closer to 2 months/60 days and not 30. Think its cool and all, but I would definitely rather they give us a bigger pass/more rewards. At least in future OG passes. Cause if its ALMOST 60 days, then they can def add more rewards. Apart from that, 10/10 really excited and looks stunning! 😍

People are complaining that no sprinting and sliding etc make the game feel slow when we didn’t have that until chapter 3 season 2. OG movement was so much better and omg the new animations suck. will battle pass levels transfer to the og pass or will will u need to level them up separately so if u leveled up the battle pass to level 45 by the time og pass comes out will you just get all the rewards from og pass or will u need to level it up again
The new movement is needed, sprinting and sliding are some of the best things to come to the game. I started right at the beginning and it used to feel so slow.

Tbh it would be even cooler if zapatron and eye of the storm tracker came back. Even if they weren’t meant to be in the game it would be cool to open a supply drop and get zapatron. I also noticed in the loot pool there isn’t bushes, smoke grenades or launch pads. they were added in season 1. I also feel like if they are gonna do some og icons you might as well do the scar grenade launcher tac shot gun and epic/legendary rocket launchers but overall this is pretty good I’m glad epic is doing this I just hope they aren’t lazy with it like they were with og last November.

if you watch the end of the video when the weapons are being demonstrated, the tac shotgun icon is the chapter 2 one, yet the model is the chapter 1 model. I recommend not worrying about it as it will be all updated correctly in time for the gamemode's release.

High possibility that they will also improve upon the features of the OG Mode, like adding everything that the community wanted them to add (ex. old movement, the CORRECT old graphics, the old hud, and other small things that the community wanted at release of the mode.)

If we were to go into chapter 2 after season x we would cycle through all the other chapters so the whole storyline would happen all over again and that wouldn’t be the best idea so will most likely restart the cycle of OG seasons every time season x ends
I wish they reimplemented the OG animations, the Movement can stay I’m fine with that, the sprinting, climbing and etc are QOL Additions I always wished for these since Chapter 1 and I’m satisfied

Honestly at the most 700 Vbucks. That’s cuz what were only getting 3 skins in that battle pass. I have the crew pack tho. But every month you get the OG pass, 1000 vbucks, a skin for $12. And then about every 2-3 months you get the battle pass and then the OG pass, 1000 vbucks, and a skin. It’s a nice deal tbh.

People are complaining that no sprinting and sliding etc make the game feel slow when we didn’t have that until chapter 3 season 2. OG movement was so much better and omg the new animations suck. Maybe people will disagree with my take on the movement mechanics but no one can justify the new animations especially the new jump animation

The new movement is needed, sprinting and sliding are some of the best things to come to the game. I started right at the beginning and it used to feel so slow.

Tbh it would be even cooler if zapatron and eye of the storm tracker came back. Even if they weren’t meant to be in the game it would be cool to open a supply drop and get zapatron. I also noticed in the loot pool there isn’t bushes, smoke grenades or launch pads. they were added in season 1. I also feel like if they are gonna do some og icons you might as well do the scar grenade launcher tac shot gun and epic/legendary rocket launchers but overall this is pretty good I’m glad epic is doing this I just hope they aren’t lazy with it like they were with og last November.
