Stadion am Bieberer Berg, Offenbach: Only moders stadium I know with a fully terraces main stand, just like the fans wanted it. You should look at the vvv venlo stadium in the netherlands😉. It is for the most part build on top of a steep hill. Also, the dressing rooms are on top of this hill. So when players enter the pitch, they girst have to take the stairs all the way down

How about the Korean League? Im sure that likely is already in your plans anyways. I used to know a player from that league he had an interesting way of getting into baseball. He started as a High School teacher in my school. Then went off to play in the minors Affiliation with San Fransisco in his 30's which is impressive. Then he went to Korea to play there and was known as the Dustin Pedroia of that league which is a good reputation. He is now retired.
