When I was a kid, with my brother we lay down on the grass at night and watched the stars listening to this music ... I would like to go there to the place where the music sounds and meet the people I love.

But as a boy of age 10 at the time, and already a fan of pipe organ music, I'm sure that if I then had heard M. Latry performing Dieu Parmi Nous, I would have been trembling!
I enjoy very much Olivier Latry's interpretation of Messiaen's La Nativité du Seigneur. I can especially feel each movement, with his intrepretation. Each is played with such sensitivity.
La paix, la joie, la lumière, la suavité de l'extase qui nous enlève à nous-mêmes, pour nous élever vers l'Esprit . Cette musique est très belle, les contrastes sont magnifiquement agencés .
Apesar de Olivier Latry ser um excelente organista, não gosto do seu repertório, os acho sem alma, sem harmonia, um tanto futurista sem vida. Me desculpe, não consigo ouvi-lo. Poderia aproveitar o magnífico órgão da Catedral de Notre da de Paris e rever suas escolhas musicais.

Unfortunately you have to wait at least five years to be able to listen to the organ. It was a miracle that the organ was spared during the fire.

Indeed the organ is great, the performance of Latry is of course personal, you can like it and you can dislike it .....
