This breaks my heart. We have completely forgotten how to fight, persevere, and push through adversity. Slaves were more resilient than us ansd we have it made compared to them! They dont owe Gary anything. They are one family and had to move away (over 50 years ago) to become who they are in which case Gary becomes history to them. Now the ppl who have come up and still live in the area or close by, they could be of more help and more involved in the community since its near them. Once you move to another city and state its a wrap.

INCORRECT. THE CIVIL RIGHTS ERA IS WHAT CAUSED BLACK PEOPLE TO STOP PROGRESSING.
