"Home" gets to me. I was married to a man who was abusive, emotionally and verbally My daughter used to sing this in the car with me not realizing the weight of the lyrics.
Her lyric "Babe I've Changed" is so good, has she really, or not? And I think it is often men who say this.

Best concert I have even been two. Winnipeg folk festival. Perfect weather incredible music, and after waiting two hours to get out of the parking lot, to be right behind Sheryl’s bus.

plantium1000 Honestly, I feel Sheryl is talking about life relationships and “they” can be intense, sad very sad, joyous, and stressful because relationships in general no matter what kind wether it be with family friends loss of friends, parents, lovers, animals that we cherish with all our hearts they just end sometimes eventually we all go away but I get the sense she looks to her strengths and how much she’s loved and how much she is loved and we are better even stronger people for it, it’s ok to be sad and everything else we feel, it’s how we all act on our feelings!
