Hey my name is Baby Sunshine Legodi,studying my Second year in Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy at the University of the Western Cape.Part time High school Tutor and Mentor I am a firm believer and product of black excellence. My actions are guided by a vision to serve Africa and represent the continent at a global scale with my race and gender as my crown. I see myself as a powerful force. A force that cannot be replicated or destroyed. A force armed with prosperity, a mission and vision of my direction. And of course the complexity of my beauty .I come with the heart and mind to change the narrative of how Africa is perceived and how we perceive ourselves in such a way that we own and are proud of our roots. I have started a RUclips channel that tries to provide entertainment as well as a look into my life as a student in order to inspire a young person out there and let them know that the sky is not the limit. My brand is still young and i have many plans for the future and im aiming at growing my brand so that i can influence and touch the minds of many young people.my role is to influence and inspire the youth.

Hey. I applied at UWC last year and I was told that they will get back to me after they receive my results. It’s been two weeks now and there’s nothing. When I view my application status it only show my details and doesn’t say whether I was accepted or declined. What Does that mean???
You have to call UWC or the faculty you’re applying at

Hey, I wanted to ask is it a requirement to have life science as a subject when applying for medicine, because I don't have life science but I still get my A's?
Yes love it’s a huge requirement to have life sciences
But also think about ,they need to need if you good in life sciences and u understand the human body
But it could get overlook if you get As in all your subjects

We are all waiting for the permits to come 🥰🥰 I’m very sure you will not stay at home

I hope am not too late to respond anyways I have heard some first year students who have been placed to residences and some few who have moved to disa and some residences in main campus. But I highly suggest that even if you have been placed to res don’t come to res until you have a permit this is mainly because the securities are way too strict and they won’t allow you to enter the residences or even the campus so just remain calm and wait for permits. If you know your year coordinator you can email him/her and state your reasons why you need the permit. Under these circumstances you need to be a good liar or your story should be emotional.
