This event was in Busan, different place with Itaewon tragedy, Seoul.
Yes you are right. It's in Busan. It also hold the one of the largest Halloween party in korea. But luckily there were a lot of spaces and well organized.

Yes 😢😢😢. In itaewon at least 149 people died 😢 and still counting 😢😢😢.
Busan is the 2nd largest city in Korea. It's on the southern coast of S. Korea. Itaewon is where the tragedy happened. It's is in Seoul, which is in the northern part of S. Korea.
