  • In this one I build the exterior then interior walls of the first level of my off-grid farmhouse. I was super excited to get to this point and pleased with how it came together!

Horizontal blocking at panel edges, or is that at a later date?

Later date, this week in fact. One of the last things to do before it gets wrapped!

Watched all your videos. Love your work. Your voice is perfect for videoing. I know that you are in a crunch to build your home, but I think that if you would make your videos more on HOW TOO content would drive more viewers to your channel. Your titles, keywords and pictures for your videos should also be catchy to drive in more views. You are on to something great. You sure sound very well rounded with knowledge. Good luck to you, your beautiful wife and baby. Now, go oil this RUclips machine and make a living out of it like so many channels have. Good luck sweetie.

Thanks for the comment! I feel underqualified for how-to videos, but also realize the majority of people making RUclips how-to’s are also unqualified! I’ll keep your advice in mind and hopefully winter will afford me time to get into more detail. Cheers!

Didn’t you have an airport on that property?

I’d say “airport” is a stretch! There’s an old grass airstrip that needs a little grading but will hopefully see some action again one day
