It is pronounced as it read "Palermo", is an italian city... and tapenade is a paste made of olive, oil and spices... and that in particular is healthy, I read the ingredients

Both. Sometimes I do a voiceover and sometimes I’m talking in the store. I use a little microphone so maybe that’s why.
