i personally think this is one of the song that makes Rachel shines so much! of course Adam and Santana are amazing, but i just love Rachel's voice in this, it's a bit raspy, on the verge of breaking, and i'm obsessed! that trio is probably my fave trio song in the entire show! they all KILLED it!!!

This is one of my all time favorite Glee songs, Adam Lambert was such a good addition to the cast, at least vocally. One of my favorite trio songs!

Actually in the three part harmony, Santana is doing the main part, Rachel is doing the higher harmonies and Elliot (Adam Lambert's character) is doing the lower harmonies! (I've heard this song too many times to notice haha)

Adam was a guest star in Season 5. He sang a solo, three duets and some group numbers. He actually auditioned for Glee for the role Corey Monteith got before he went on Idol. When Ryan Murphy brought him on the show, he didn't have to audition, he was just given the part.
I really love Rachel's voice in this song, it has a nice raspy tone❤️
Marry the Night (solo), Barracuda (duet with Rachel), and I Believe in a Thing Called Love (duet with Kurt) are all really great songs that Adam Lambert got to sing while on Glee :D
You should probably watch "Barricuda," if you want to hear Rachel in rock mode. It's a duet between her and Adam Lambert. I'm half convinced that Ryan Murphy cast Adam in the fifth season just so that Lea Michelle would get a chance to sing with him in the show. :) Or else, Chris Colpher, since they sang two duets eventually. But I think Adam and Lea was a better pairing. The best, however, was the ten seconds of Adam and Darren Criss jamming.

Adam Lambert is on just another level. He's currently on tour with Queen and in Bologna he sang part of Nessun Dorma to the crowd during their two shows their. His voice is incredible.
This is probably one of my most absolute FAVORITE songs from Glee! I always get super happy and excited whenever it comes on. Plus Naya is just fabulous in it and the character interactions in the scene are hilarious. So glad you did this one!
From what I remember this isn't a love triangle, it's just a straight-up feud between Rachel and Santana, and Elliott (Adam Lambert's character) gets stuck in the middle of it. The storylines have kind of gone downhill by season 5 but they did add Adam Lambert and Demi Lovato to the cast so the music is really good.

Yes! Adam Lambert has been the front man for queen for a decade and is amazing! For context Rachel is the lead in a Broadway play and Santana tried out to be her understudy and got the gig without telling Rachel and so Rachel feels undermined and like Santana is out to get her thus Santana and Rachel are fighting over everything including the affection of Adam's character Elliot who is actually gay, so definitely not a romantic interest.

We all know that even if Santana had told Rachel her plans she would have wanted to kick her ass away from "her play" because well, we know Rachel. Her excuse that "Santana is Latina and doesn't fit in the play" is racist, stupid and hypocritical coming from her having played a Latino character in Artie's play, just because a Russian Jewish actress did it.

Yes love this cover!! Lea sounds so good with the more raspy tone in later seasons. You should react to her singing Barracuda with Adam Lambert. And also to her singing Creep by Radiohead with Dean Geyer. Both fantastic covers where you hear her more raspy tone. 😊

Adam Lambert is god tier masterclass, jaw dropping "are you even human? How is that even possible?!" as a vocalist and I am stunned you haven't done anything with him yet. Even if you don't react to anything (which you totally should), just for your own enjoyment, CHILLS I say! If I had to narrow down to the absolute barest minimum I'd say start with Who Wants to Live Forever, it is absolutely stunning, and I've got a particular fondness for an old bootleg recording you can find on here of Come to Me, Bend to Me from way before American Idol that features a jaw dropping high clear perfect sustained note that goes on for a "do you not need oxygen?" amount of time.

All vocal coaches know who Adam Lambert is because he has stunning vocal technique and is considered by many to be the best live performer today. I saw it on Sunday with Queen and oh my gosh our jaws dropped once again.
This is from season 5, they have graduated. You just finished season 2. So the voice has grown. Not a love triangle with the girls at all.

Not what was happening. Rachel who already left her own home was asked to sing it and of course Santana had to butt in. The rewrite is unnecessary Santana was the one not treating others right.

I can't remember what Adam Laberts character name in glee was but i did love him in glee. He has been in a few things but my favorite thing Adam Lambert has been in was The rocky horror picture show let's do the time warp again I think it was from 2016.

What I always find fascinating about Glee is that a couple is together. They separate less than 24 hours later, they have a new partner and talk about THE great love. laugh.. And well. If I am not mistaken, the channel you use to get the Glee videos are not the original numbers scenes that appear on the show, but the soundtrack/studio version edited/superposed to the scenes, which is why the same scenes appear multiple times and why sometimes it sounds a bit different than the show version. I have noticed it's on the videos that have the Gl00 logo on them.

This is 5th season of Glee with Adam Lambert which was about 4.5 years after most of the Glee reactions you've done before. They also must have changed voice teachers before this season because Rachel and Kurt were going to Julliard with Whoopi Goldberg as the main professor.
No they were going to go to Juilliard, but they went to Nyada, which is where Whoopi Goldberg (carmen tibideaux) is
I'm seconding everyone's suggestion of Marry the Night. It's so much fun.
Adam has been a favorite of mine since I first saw him, immediately AFTER his run on American Idol, because I was curious to see what the fuss was about. I was hooked instantly. And, while it's not inline with your normal reactions, Queen has released quite a few of their songs with Adam from various performances that I would not be sad to see you cover. Who Wants to Live Forever is especially amazing, imo. I'm also really partial to Love Kills from their iHeart Radio performance.

Post Cory’s death, Rachel definitely became more edgy in her acting and singing. Plus once they went to New York, Rachel was given more rock songs where she got a lot more depth to her voice.
