    this is exactly what i needed bro. I just jumped from a 100# to a 150# bag and I thought I could shoulder it easily...but i got humbled. lol. this extension movement is the missing link in my progression. keep up the content...it's super solid.

    I’ve been doing the “high catch” recently which is similar but on extension I try to get my handle underneath to prep for over the shoulder.

      Awesome! The hard part is shimmying that weight up your torso to shoulder level, takes a lot of leg, back and core strength to get it up there. Keep putting the work in and we’ll get there! I could barely get the bag off the ground when I first got it
