  • In this informational video recorded during our full day meditation event in Miami, Florida ( www.oshobodhis... )
    I am describing Dynamic meditation technique, its 5 stages and the energy works behind the technique. I am talking from my own experience and sharing my own take on the technique, so it should not be taken as the only way of understanding and practicing the technique. I also talk about the common mistakes people make while practicing Dynamic Meditation.
    Dynamic Meditation is one of the most powerful techniques of meditation to bring about transformation in the inner being in a short period of time. It is a playful 1 hour long meditation done in 5 stages, the first 3 stages being 10 minutes long, and the last 2 stages - 15 minutes long. In simple words, the first stage of fast, chaotic and deep breathing and the second stage of catharsis will awaken the life force and clean up the subconscious to make the context for the third stage. The third stage is of chanting the mantra "hoo", and the fourth stage is of witnessing and allowing the awakened energy force, or kundalini, to rise within. The last, fifth stage is of celebration, of sharing the meditativeness with the universe through the dance. Best done early morning, on an empty stomach, with eyes closed for the entire duration of the meditation (eye mask is highly recommended).

      Thank you for your kind words. I have met the Dr guy in Pune commune(now a resort), i guess you are referring to Sw. Amrito. It was difficult to stay close because he chain smokes and i don’t like inhaling smoke. But he is an intelligent person with great art of speaking eloquently.
      My approach to Osho Dynamic meditation is experiential, the practice is evolving with time. And i am sure there is a lot more to discover in this technique that i have not experienced yet. 🙏🏼

      @@oshomeditations Thank you. Yes I must agree he is very intelligent and shares some great insights 🙏 I've only just started to explore and it makes sense that they are many insights for everyone to discover or are important for each person. I guess he shares what seems important to him or his audience and since it is an official channel it comes across as 'that is all you need to know' but on discovering your channel I found what you had to say more helpful and humble.

    Thank you very much for this explanation. 🤩🙏Is there a dynamic meditation online, where I can participate here in Latin America?
    I would really like to do it, but I understand that the music is required.

      I know of some Osho groups that offer online events via zoom but those are for passive meditations. I don’t know of any that offer active meditation like dynamic. Best is to do in your own room. If shouting/screaming, loud catharsis is not possible, you can clench fist, beat a pillow, make face, scream in a pillow, kick with legs in the air etc to allow silent catharsis. Same with mantra “hoo” in 3rd stage, can be done internally with impact hit into the navel area.

      @aanchalsankhla9365 🙏🏼 pranam. Thank you. The so called headquarters of Osho, which last i visited in 2016 was lacking in loving vibes of sannyasins, but was merely looking like a school for meditation, has been blocking youtube channels and facebook groups that spread Osho’s message and meditations. They blocked me in 108 countries, because our Osho center is based in the United States, they could not block us here.

    I have question i broke my leg in second stage. Left leg from knee. the process was stopped and i have cast for 3 weeks now. My question is cn tell me where i can find information what it means? or can you tell what kind of thing happened to me?

    • @oshomeditations
      @oshomeditations  Год назад

      The second stage is catharsis. One lets go of all the control, lets expression come out freely- crying, laughing, screaming, letting body do whatever it wants to do. But catharsis can also be done silently with facial expression, expression through body movements, fists etc, if the situation prohibits from making noise.
      I have never had anyone break their leg in this stage during any of the retreats that i have conducted or been part of. But it is possible if the meditation is practiced in a physically unsafe location or hard floor surface with no cushion. A nice cushion or yoga mat is necessary for the meditation. Is there any specific question you have about this second stage?

      @@oshomeditations thank you. I got my answer they did not use yoga mat. and it was hard floor. And maybe universe wanted me to rest. Thank you.

    Fast n deep breathing requires one pattern so how can i change the pattern n still keep it fast n deep

    • @oshomeditations
      @oshomeditations  Год назад +1

      The idea in this step is to not get into a pattern, a mechanical breathing. Once it becomes mechanical, however fast and deep, then mind will wander away, I have had times when i was breathing fast and deep at the same time mind was wandering as if in a dream. So the way is to constantly watching that no amount of energy goes into the wandering away of the mind, and total energy is put in the breathing. Once total energy is there, then the fast and deep breathing will by itself become chaotic. Every breath will be different.
      So the focus doesn’t necessarily have to be on voluntarily changing the pattern on each breath as some facilitators suggest, but has to be on breathing with total energy , giving no energy for the mind to travel and that will take care of the breathing.

    • @oshomeditations
      @oshomeditations  11 месяцев назад

      Keep on doing, please put more will power into it. And while you put all your energy into it, also remember that you are gradually letting it happen, let it go out of control, then tiredness disappears when the doer is not there.

    Can people with hypertension do the 1st stage

    • @oshomeditations
      @oshomeditations  Год назад +1

      Good question. I would not advise people suffering from HTN to do the first stage, but honestly i don’t know if this has ever been researched to see if Osho dynamic meditation actually helps a borderline HTN to improve or worsen it if done daily over a period of a time. Something we can envision doing if we have an ashram/commune again in future.

    • @oshomeditations
      @oshomeditations  Год назад +1

      In fact, any kind of fast and chaotic breathing is not beneficial for hypertension patients. When people had asked Osho about risk of disease or dying from dynamic meditation then his answer was in the lines of..if you are not ready to die, you are not ready to go deep into meditation. But there are many methods to meditate without risking your health. Gibberish meditation, Tratak meditation, Vipassana all are equally powerful for transformation.

    Hello lol, I shouldn’t do this but I need help, you might not even see this and definitely have more important things to do like helping a group of people instead of wasting your time reading this and responding to one kid, I found out about Osho a little less than 2 years ago I think, and I wanted to try his meditations, so I started being celibate but I wasn’t meditating because I’m an idiot, and it started messing with me, the sexual energy wanted out so bad, it started coming out in my sleep, but for some reason I kept repressing it and wouldn’t release it, then anger started arising and I repressed that too, I only did it for a few months but, it’s completely destroyed me, I have no energy now I’m so dead and dull I have like no emotion besides hate and anger I’ve become insane and I’m very uncomfortable, and can’t even talk to people I dropped out of school because of it, I want to get better but it’s hard to try it alone so I’m typing this too you lol, I was just wondering if I do dynamic meditation and kundalini meditation everyday how long would it take to start feeling better and become more alive, maybe you don’t know, which is okay, I just turned 18 and just need some guidance, I wish I could meet u in person, but I don’t think that will happen, I’m Dealing with a heart break also which is not helping lol, I just want to feel better so just seeing if you could give any advice with anything really it doesn’t just have to be about this meditation, well sorry for bothering you i think I have a lot more to say and more questions but I don’t wanna get to weird

      Hi there, thanks for sharing your feelings so openly, i really appreciate it. I can see that you have already understood now, why repressing emotions is the opposite of what Osho was guiding us into. If the repression has gone much deep, the Dynamic meditation, No-mind therapy, Chakra breathing meditation all will help. However, at the stage you are in, with other emotions affecting your daily life, i suggest to take time off to attend a 5-days meditation retreat. The group energy will make the transformation process faster. If you don’t mind telling me, please let me know your city/state and i can check if there are any retreats that will help. Most of the meditation ashrams will help you financially if you are a student and don’t earn. 🙏🏼
