As a former Biathlete for the US/All-Army team watching you try to roller ski was amazing lol. What you're missing is those new running shorts you picked up... it's scientifically proven the shorter the shorts, the more knee, leg and ankle flexion you get when striding V1/V2 on those puppies. Also, ditch those poles (no pole drills), you'll be at Lake Placid training with the team in no time :). Love the channel, keep at it and if you ever roller ski again or want to beat Osborne let me know haha!
