He probably saw the Parintins festival in the documentary about the Amazon. It's a famous festival that takes place in the state of Amazonas, in Brazil.
The Parintins festival only takes place in the interior of Amazonas. On the other hand, at a national level we have other cultural events such as Carnival (occurs in February), June square dance shows (occurs from June to July), among others. I live in the capital, a city in the north of the state of Pará (where Amazonas is located) and, yet, we have events in the city in honor of folk legends that are also the focus of the Parintins event.
Hyuk knew surprisingly much about Brazil. He just seemed to be mixing a few things up. He's got a very lively imagination, and it was quite enjoyable to see how enthusiastic he became as the conversation went on :D Kailey really is a pretty good teacher as well.
Brazil recently made official one that centralizes Brazil, it ends up not being very different from the one that centralizes the USA, I imagine that Korea's is the same as Japan's

So learn a bit more about reality, and history as well, how such totalitarian regimes work and what they do to people, terror, massacres, genocide, purges, bestial tortures, extensive system of denunciation, also fake once, system of gulags, concentration camps, forced labour camps, where everyone can be put, just like that, from day to day, for almost everything, ineffective economy, constant lack of basic products, famine, completely no freedoms, but constant control and invigilation of people in almost all aspects of their lives, and many other atrocities. Whole nation just turned into slavery puppets of a dictator.
