This video is of a full head micro rings application using South East Asian hair in a Yaki kinky straight textured hair.
This hair will soon be available to purchase on our website www.houseofhairuk.com in clip-ins, weft and closures and is stocked inhouse in micro rings and tape in extensions.
All videos we upload are to demonstrate the methods we use in the salon to give advise and support for those who have or want to have hair extensions.

This looks great!! Can you moisturize your hair regularly with this in?
Hi Hun yes once they settle in your hair after a few days moisturize away just be mindful that a lot of oil on extensions can leave build up and make them look stuck together and lots of oil on the scalp might make the extensions slid out faster

stacey orumwense hi Hun I have Yaki hair like in the video and I also have kinky straight hair. If your hair is really coarse and curly then I would suggest brazilian knots application with my kinky curly hair

Why do you start on the side of the head?
I would have liked to have seen it from the front and a couple different ways of styling the hair
I get asked this a lot but because my videos are of actual customers and not paid models many don’t want full face on camera but I will try to show more of the front. My Instagram has a lot more mini video and photos @houseofhairuk
You did awesome! I just have a few questions anyone?! How do you care for the hair for it to last 3 months? How many extensions (links) should be used on average? Does it itch like a sew in? How do I know what hair to purchase? I believe this is my biggest fail, purchasing the hair.. my hair quality never does good and I spend a lot.. :-/ tan k you anyone in advance. You really did an excellent job though! I’m inspired!
JstCauseB thanks Hun. 1) you would clean the hair like your own, do not add to much oil or moisture to hair just little at the roots if/when needed. If you relax your hair I would relax a few days before to give your scalp time to settle then take out extensions when your next relaxer is due. Brush hair from the roots daily, blow dry roots when wet. We used I think 200 strands. Only itches if installed to tight or scalp becomes dry. I don’t think I know any companies who make I-tip strands in Yaki hair I am planning to start retailing and could ship to you if you email me length, colour and the amount you would like houseofhairuk@gmail.com

Sure it can but your own hair needs to have good volume to cover up the extensions

So does this protect your hair? I don’t straighten my natural hair. Will my hair have to be straightened, and STAY straight in order for me to get this?
Breanna Denmark hi Hun yes it would need to be straight-ish I also use a kinky straight hair and this Yaki hair in the video for black clients. If your hair is kinky curly then brazilian knot extensions are better micro rings tend to tangle at the roots if your hair is very curly. No this is not a protective style your hair is out all over and it covered up

Glory Dailey yes but you would need a lot more hair so brazilian knots might be better suited

What’s the hair routine whilst having the micro rings, after having a keratin treatment will you see the difference in hair after x
Sophie Stevens hi you will need to
1) brush hair from the roots daily this prevent the extensions tangling with your natural hair or tangling into each other
2) after washing blow dry the roots can be done on a cool heat for those who don’t want to add heat to hair
3) never tie up wet it will tangle.
4) get a Maintenance every 8,10 or 12 weeks depending on your own hair texture
Because we are using kinky straight hair you shouldn’t see a difference in hair texture until it’s time to get treatment again. Keratin treatment last 4-6month on our hair because we don’t wash as often
However I do supply kinky straight hair this is more textured

I would advise yaki hair and you can oil scalp a few times a month hair does not really like to much oil but scalp is free to be moisturised only with tape, knots and keratin extensions you can not use oil xx
Hi i have curly hair but its short (long enough hair for a cane row style) as its now growing back from a very short haircut. Can this be done on the whole head without much leave out or must it have leave out ? if not then do you have curly hair as well? I dont want to straighten my hair. please advise which would be better the one you are doing in the vid or the knots. Many thanks
Triniwitkurls hi I personally would wait until your own hair is a little longer and have hair tracks weaved in as the cost a little less and will protect your hair to help it grow. This style I would do with longer edges so your able to tie up and have more flexible styles. chertp28 hi yes it bleaches really fast is 100% human hair. It is steam krimped (if that’s how it’s spelt)
