I remember the sci-fi movie the picture was taken from! It was made in England and had elements of the movie A L I E N in it. It was a very creepy and surreal movie about an alien who got an Earth woman pregnant, disappeared suddenly and after some years past, returned back to Earth to retrieve his son and wife. There was an uncut version as well.
