Such a shame that Tim Follin actually hated writing music for video games. He was so good at it and could extract and squeeze every ounce out of whatever platform's sound card he was working with. Wish he was still writing music today.
I believe this game is definitely a hidden gem on the SNES! Many of the sound effects and tunes sound amazing for Something on Super Nintendo and so...it deserves more praise!!
While the name and and the game looks, sound kindergarden along with it's bizzar level design and gameplay, but the music is absolutely outstanding with many used instruments from sonic 3D blast on saturn, this is how snes games should,ve to be sound like, near cd quality,no jiggles, trumpats or a cheap use casio keyboard etc,,, and other muffed sound effects,no this game really shows what the snes soundchip is capable off.
I was actuall scrolling through an online video game site an saw this game in their list an almost fell over... cant believe i had completely forgotten about this game
My grandfather bought this for my sister and me from our local video game/record shop, Ralph's Records in Lubbock, TX back around '05 or '06. I never did beat it but I tried so hard lol

my heart is broken
why did he hate it?
It depended on the game. He loved writing Ghosts 'n Ghouls for the C64
